1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the "Beyond Square" website and services, part of AlWahdah Holding, including booking coworking spaces, private offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and registering for events.

By creating an account, using the website, or completing any booking, you acknowledge your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services Provided

Beyond Square provides the following services through its online platform:

• Coworking spaces billed hourly, daily, or via monthly subscription.
• Furnished private offices for teams and companies.
• Virtual offices (business address and mail services) without permanent physical occupancy.
• Equipped meeting rooms and training halls, billed hourly, half-day, or full day.
• Entrepreneurial programs and events (Accelerator and Incubator) with open registration for announced events.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or complete any booking, and must provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration.

If you use the virtual office as a business address, you are solely responsible for meeting the requirements of the relevant government authorities — whether a valid commercial registration from the Ministry of Commerce or a freelance document certified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, depending on your activity. Beyond Square bears no responsibility for your compliance with these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Booking, Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on the website include VAT applicable in Saudi Arabia (currently 15% unless stated otherwise).

A final price summary is shown before confirming any booking, and pricing is calculated directly from the website's server, not from the browsing device.

The platform may allow payment via the internal e-wallet or on-site payment depending on the service type, and the available payment method is shown when completing a booking.

Beyond Square does not store payment card data; any electronic payment processing is handled through a licensed payment provider compliant with banking data security standards.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Bookings can be cancelled from your account before the scheduled time, per the cancellation window announced for each service type; the paid amount is refunded to your e-wallet within the platform once cancellation conditions are met.

A booking cannot be cancelled more than once, and no refund is issued for a booking that has been used or has expired without prior cancellation.

Beyond Square reserves the right to modify a booking's schedule or move it to an equivalent space in the event of an operational emergency, notifying the customer in advance whenever possible.

6. User Obligations

• Use the spaces and facilities for their intended purpose, without damaging property or equipment.
• Comply with applicable laws in Saudi Arabia and refrain from using the space for any activity contrary to public order or public morals.
• Respect other users of the spaces and maintain a calm, professional work atmosphere.
• Take responsibility for your personal belongings and equipment; Beyond Square is not liable for their loss unless direct negligence by management is proven.

7. Event Registration

Registration for announced events is done through your account and is subject to available seats; some events may require an attendance fee deducted from your wallet upon registration.

Beyond Square reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to operational circumstances, notifying registrants and refunding any paid amount to their wallet.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, logos, designs, and images — is owned by or licensed to Beyond Square, and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The services and website are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of uninterrupted service, and Beyond Square makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform continuity and space safety.

Beyond Square is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, except to the extent required by Saudi law.

10. Termination of Service

Beyond Square reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms or misuses the spaces or platform, without prejudice to its right to claim any due compensation.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to keep pace with the evolution of services or applicable regulations; the updated version takes effect as soon as it is published on this page, with the "Last Updated" date above updated accordingly.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
